Jo Malone’s 2023 Christmas Theme: Welcome to Gingerbread Land
With the theme of Gingerbread Land for 2023, it was only right that the seasonal scent from popular beauty brand Jo Malone was Ginger Biscuit.
When we think of Christmas – it’s all about the movies, Pigs in Blankets, Mince Pies, and constructing that all-important gingerbread house with family. So it only seemed right that this year, British brand Jo Malone’s theme for 2023 is yes, it’s all about Gingerbread Land.
With their seasonal gifts launching only yesterday, the limited-edition collection for the festive season has been given an ‘extra dusting of enchantment’. Shoppers can look forward to purchasing the famous scented showstoppers and holiday heroes – plus all those festive favorites you’d expect – so there really is something for everyone on your list!

The fragrance that has everyone talking, though, is the new Ginger Biscuit Cologne, which is priced from £58 for 30ml or £124 for 100ml. Jo Malone describes this fragrance as ‘spiced with ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, melting into caramel. Butter-crumbly with roasted hazelnuts. Warmed by tonka bean and vanilla’ – and one shopper even describes it as the ‘best seasonal perfume that’s long-lasting’. They also added ‘this product is absolutely amazing and long-lasting’ – and it sounds it too. The sensual scent is beautifully housed in biscuit-colored glass, finished with a monochromatic striped bow – making the perfect gift for any fragrance fan this year.
Some of Jo Malone’s festive favorite scents are also back, including Orange Bitters, Pine & Eucalyptus, and Green Almond & Redcurrant – all of which are expected to ensure ‘holly jolly moods’ throughout the festive period.
Orange Bitters is inspired by a delectable, winter cocktail. You can expect juicy sweet orange and a splash of bitter orange to combine on a base of rich sandalwood – divine, right? The ‘bright and bracing’ scent of Pine & Eucalyptus will deck your halls as the fragrance bursts with the festivity of aromatic pine and enlivening eucalyptus – available in a gorgeous candle for £58, and a diffuser for £78, you can fill your home with the smell of fresh Christmas trees and pure joy.
