In a tragic and shocking incident, a schoolboy wielding a knife chased his former girlfriend off a bus in Croydon, South London, leading to the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old schoolgirl. The incident unfolded in the morning hours, leaving witnesses and the community in deep shock and sorrow.

The sequence of events began when the young boy attempted to offer his former girlfriend flowers and a love note on the No60 double-decker bus. The situation took a horrifying turn as the boy reportedly produced a foot-long, serrated zombie knife and pursued his former girlfriend when she sought refuge at a bus stop. Tragically, when the victim bravely tried to protect her friend, she was fatally stabbed in the neck and chest.
Community Response
Horrified passengers on the bus immediately took action. Witnesses reported that two bus drivers and a concerned lady tried to provide assistance to the injured girl. However, the gravity of the situation was evident, as the victim sustained critical injuries.
Security worker Victor Asare, who witnessed the aftermath, described the harrowing scene where many people rushed to help. He shared, “Everybody was crying and screaming. The girl was on the floor. We tried to catch him, and a lot of people tried to save the girl. I was so shocked, I was shaken. It’s somebody’s daughter.”
The victim, identified locally as Eliyanna, was rushed to the scene, but tragically, she succumbed to her injuries 50 minutes after the 8:30 am stabbing.
